Vertical distance unknown

Hi. Apologies if this has been answered before but I couldn't find it.

Every airspace warning comes up with the correct Horizontal distance but every one has Vert.dist: unknown.

I am using CUM version 3.0 (ser/no: 05735, free upgrades until 21/12/09) on an HP HX4700 with a Globalsat BC-337 compact flash GPS.

Gps settings. Other. Generic GPS. Port : COM6. Speed: 4800. Parity: None. Bits: 8. Stop bit: 1. Set DTR: Unticked. Set RTS: Unticked.

When in terminal mode there is continuous data shown

Airspace file is: UK 2012B.cub. Waypoints file is: BGA_2012.cup. Terrain file is: mSeeYou.cit

Everything else seems to work fine Height AGL etc.

Can you please send two files to support@naviter.com:

1. the UK 2012B.cub which you are using on the PDA

2. A flight trace which flies blow and along the airspaces in this file
